KIDPRENEURS MARKET!

Come check out the Kidpreneurs Market and support local, young entrepreneurs as they debut their products and services and launch their mini-businesses at the Pigskin Classic Crazy Days event on Saturday, September 8th! This event will run from 8am-noon at the Brandon Valley High School Commons.

The Kidpreneur Market is designed to engage children in entrepreneurial thinking and foster their natural, enterprising spirit. They will learn vital business and financial literacy skills and start their own micro-businesses in a fun and experiential way, while learning the basics of money management.
 
By sponsoring the Kidpreneur Market, the Brandon Valley Area Chamber of Commerce’s mission is to encourage kids to:
        Think creatively about new and innovative products or service ideas.
        Believe they can start a business and be an entrepreneur.
        Learn more about what it takes to start and run a business.
 
The desired outcomes from this event are:
      Provide awareness and understanding of entrepreneurship to Brandon youth.
      Receive a variety of registrations for business ideas, products, and services.
      Demonstrate community support of youth entrepreneurs.
