Join us on Saturday, August 22nd as we kick off our new training program in our brand new purple TURF training room!
We're inviting you to join us for a FREE training session! Check out the different sessions below and sign up for the one (or 2 or 3) that you want to check out!
8 AM BURN : Wake up and torch some fat! You'll burn up to 1,000 calories in this fast paced workout
9 AM BUILD : We'll focus on proper lifting form to increase strength. You'll leave feeling #STRONGAF
10 AM BASE : The perfect mix of strength & cardio to give you a well rounded workout. A great option for beginners to learn the basic exercise movements and proper form!
We've recently added 1000 square feet of turf that will house our Team Training program! With over 20 sessions each week to choose from, we've got the time & scientifically proven exercises to fit all schedules & goals! Let us help you with your workout routine!
