Jennifer Schmidtbauer, Authorized Crestcom Business Owner in South Dakota, and President of Verto Consulting, Inc., provides interactive leadership development programming.
Jennifer has over 25 years of leadership experience. Before joining Crestcom, Jennifer held numerous leadership roles, including Science Director with SAIC and Global R&D Talent Development Director with CNH Industrial. Her career has spanned all sectors and sizes of organizations, including the federal government, non-profits, and publicly traded companies. She has worked closely with all functions from manufacturing through R&D and at all levels from associate through CEO.
Jennifer’s passion for leadership comes from her desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others. Jennifer earned her bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota and a Master’s in Administrative Studies from the University of South Dakota. Additionally, she is certified in Wiley’s Everything DiSC and Five Cohesive Behaviors of a Team.
Her lifelong love of teaching others and engaging with people in her community makes her a natural fit for Crestcom’s global network of training experts. By partnering with Crestcom, Jennifer continues to serve others by growing their leadership confidence and effectiveness, ultimately strengthening their businesses and communities.
