We're hiring a Site Coordinator for a fun, flexible after school program supporting elementary students in Sioux Falls, Harrisburg, and Brandon. If you have experience in education, child development, or youth leadership, and a passion for youth development and team building, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills while making a meaningful impact.

Your Role:

  • Create Unforgettable Experiences: Plan and lead fun, educational, and arts-based activities that inspire learning and growth.

  • Lead & Inspire: Supervise staff to build a team culture of respect and positivity. Maintain a safe, organized space and guide activities that encourage growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education & Experience: Preferred experience or education in early childhood development, elementary education, or related fields. Experience supervising staff is a plus. CPR certification required (training provided if needed).
  • Skills & Abilities: Strong time management and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Able to prioritize and work independently.
